Making A Difference

Stakeholder Engagement

Learning from a wide variety of stakeholders is the only way to meet inclusion objectives and to ensure that the best service is provided. Phil Chambers Consultancy has a wealth of experience in building bridges between communities and service providers. Although disabled people welcome inclusion, it is necessary to work with them and their advocates to build relationships to capture real needs across a wide diversity of people and natural, historic and cultural environments.

This knowledge has been gained over many years with organisations like British Waterways, the Forestry Commission, Horniman Museum and Gardens and Green Estate, managing access forums and running CABE Spaceshaper stakeholder engagement events.
